Terms of Service

These terms explain how Bounce Together Ltd provides digital resources, what schools may do with purchased materials, and the limits on sharing those materials outside the purchasing school.

Last updated: 6 May 2026

School Licence Reminder

Paid lesson and curriculum downloads are licensed for use within the purchasing school only. They must not be shared with staff or users at other schools unless a wider licence has been agreed in writing.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BounceTogether website, tools, resource library, downloadable materials, and any paid or free digital content made available by Bounce Together Ltd.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing any lesson, curriculum, course, or downloadable resource, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using BounceTogether on behalf of a school, academy trust, college, or other educational setting, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. Who You Are Contracting With

All transactions on this site are made with Bounce Together Ltd.

References in these terms to "we", "us", and "our" mean Bounce Together Ltd. References to "you" mean the individual user and, where applicable, the school or organisation on whose behalf that user acts.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out using your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, used unlawfully, or used in breach of these terms.

4. Digital Purchases

Purchases on this site relate to digital educational content, including lesson materials, curricula, courses, downloads, presentations, worksheets, and related classroom resources.

Access to purchased content may be delivered through on-site viewing, downloadable files, or both.

A purchase gives you a limited licence to use the purchased materials in accordance with these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in those materials.

5. School Licence and Sharing Restrictions

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, every paid resource purchase is supplied on a single-school licence basis.

A single-school licence allows the purchasing school and its staff to use the materials for that school’s own internal educational purposes only.

You must not share, forward, email, upload, distribute, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make purchased materials available to people outside the purchasing school.

This restriction includes sharing materials with friends, colleagues, partner organisations, tutors, consultants, supply staff not engaged by the purchasing school, or staff at other schools within or outside the same trust unless a broader licence has been purchased from us in writing.

You must not post purchased materials on public websites, shared drives accessible by other schools, social media, third-party marketplaces, or open resource libraries.

If your organisation needs multi-school, trust-wide, local authority, or wider group access, you must contact us to agree an appropriate licence before sharing the materials beyond the purchasing school.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to the licence above, purchased materials may be used by the purchasing school’s employees and authorised staff for teaching, pastoral support, assemblies, training, planning, and internal school wellbeing activity.

You may download and store copies only as reasonably necessary for the purchasing school’s internal use.

You may adapt materials for the purchasing school’s own use where the format allows it, but any adapted version remains subject to the same school-only licence and sharing restrictions.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not copy or use the site or materials in any unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorised way.

You must not remove branding, copyright notices, or proprietary notices from purchased content except where we have expressly permitted editable use for your school.

You must not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, download protections, account restrictions, or any technical measures used to protect our resources.

You must not use automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or bulk extraction methods to harvest content from the site without our prior written consent.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access may be granted immediately after purchase, refunds are not usually available once content has been accessed, downloads have been made available, or the licence has been activated.

If you believe a purchase was made in error, duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the content is materially not as described, contact us promptly and we will review the circumstances in good faith.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, replace, withdraw, or reorganise content, features, and site functionality from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature, file, or resource will remain available indefinitely, but we will aim to act reasonably where paid access has been granted.

We may change prices, offers, and product structure at any time before purchase. Changes do not affect a completed order already accepted by us.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the site and in all lessons, downloads, curricula, branding, text, graphics, videos, and related materials belong to Bounce Together Ltd or our licensors.

Except for the limited licence granted in these terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

11. Liability

We provide resources in good faith for educational and wellbeing support purposes. You remain responsible for how materials are used in your own setting and for any professional judgments made by your staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the site or materials.

Our total liability in relation to any purchase or use of paid materials will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant purchase giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Termination and Enforcement

If you breach these terms, we may suspend access, cancel licences, remove downloads, or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our users, or our content.

If materials have been shared outside the permitted school licence, we may require that unauthorised copies be deleted and may seek additional licence fees or other remedies available to us.

13. Privacy

Use of personal data is also governed by our privacy practices as published on the site from time to time.

Where you upload, download, or manage content through an account, you are responsible for ensuring your own organisation handles personal data lawfully and appropriately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated effective date.

By continuing to use the site after updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised version.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, licensing, or a refund request, please contact Bounce Together Ltd through the contact details provided on the site.
